"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. The breakfast included is very basic, but there are other options around, including walking to a café or Tops market. No complaints."

"We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. The room smelled fresh, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room at our perfect temperature and was very quiet. The hotel was in a quiet area and the building was quiet. Nothing disturbed us. In the book in our room, it said breakfast was served between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. but there was no breakfast. However we we're not overly concerned with that as we had a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator in our room and we had brought some food and coffee with us. Also, the hotel was only about a half a mile from the town square and main street where there were many very good restaurants. Plus, there is no way you could beat the price and get that kind of a room anywhere in that area. "
